Refunds & Exhanges
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our templates, no returns will be issued after a purchase has been made.
Exchanges
If you believe the template you have purchased isn't right for your needs, SB Studio are happy to exchange your template for a more suitable option if: Exchanges of your template can be considered - at the discretion of the store owner - only if the customer has contacted SB Studio PRIOR to the transfer of the purchased template. As we can not return an already transferred template, once the transfer has been accepted exchanges are no longer available. Exchanges can be made for a template at the same price or at a lower price. No refunds will be given for exchanges for a lower-cost template. Template exchanges for a higher price will require the balance to be paid prior to transfer.
If you have purchased your template during a sales or discount period and that period has ended prior to your exhange reques the new template will need to be paid for at full listed price.
All prices are listed in AUD includisve of GST. Your counties taxes may be applied upon purchase. This is managed by your chosen payment method and not by SB Studio.
Licencing & Useage
Template Licencing:
Each Squarespace Template purchase may be used for one website. 1 template purchase = 1 license for 1 website.
If you want to use the same template on a second website, you will need to repurchase it again to buy another license.
Designer/Unlimited Licencing:
Designer and agency licencing is available upon request. This means 1 template purchased = unlimited websites.
Copyright
All templates are copyrighted to Sheridan Burns Studio (after which referred to as SB Studio).. You may not resell the design or any components provided in your template. You may not share the template, graphics, files or any design elements provided in your template to anyone else. SB Studio templates are a one purchase one use licenced product. Unlimited licencing is available upon request. Any photography provided with the template is for demonstration purposes only and is copyrighted to the original creator. You must replace these photographs with your own / source images yourself. We hold no liability for any image licensing/copyright issues that may occur through your use of any supplied images.
You may not claim the designs as your own or share any of the provided artwork and mock ups.
Sheridan Burns Studio and this websites products are not endorsed by Squarespace Inc. The term “Squarespace” is a registered trademark of Squarespace Inc.
Template Delivery
Sheridan Burns Studio is an Australian-based business. Our trading hours are based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (SYD). We will always do our best to have your template sent within 24 hours Monday - Friday, but this time frame may be longer due to unforeseen circumstances and we can’t guarantee that it won’t take longer.
Urgency: If for some reason your template requirement is urgent, please contact Sheridan Burns Studio prior here to ensure your template can be delivered within your timeframe requirements.
Please contact us if it has been over 24 hours and its not a weekend in Australia - and you have not yet received your template.
Squarespace Template Ownership
Once the template is added into your account it is your responsibility to add your own content and edit the site. If you make any accidental changes to the template we cannot reverse these for you.
A purchase of a Template includes your chosen template delivered only once.
If you make any accidental changes to your template and want the template sent again, if you accidentally delete the template, or if you don’t accept the invitation to your new template within 6 months of purchase and your free trial expires, then you will need to repurchase the template so we can send it again.
Your template will come into your account on a 6-month free trial. If you let this free trial run out, Squarespace will mark your website for deletion. If your website gets deleted and you want the template resent, you will have to repurchase the template so we redeliver it. Make sure your trial doesn’t run out by asking Squarespace support for a trial extension or upgrading your site to a paid plan.
